About TaKeTiNa Rhythm Meditation

With Rhythm in Action, you can learn to be focused and relaxed at the same time -- and notice the benefits in your daily life. Our TaKeTiNa Rhythm Meditation classes and workshops help you to harness the natural intelligences of your body & brain, to organize yourself into an inner state of optimal human functioning.
When you participate in our unique group exercises, you begin to develop and integrate your seven core intelligences while being active. If you learn to develop your intelligences while being active, you will be able to integrate them into other areas of your life. This is simply one of the most effective ways to integrate the benefits of music and meditation into your active life. The results can change your life, and your relationships, for the better.
This increase in awareness and perception comes as a direct result of being gently guided into rhythm meditation journeys -- polyrhythms designed to lead beginning and advanced practitioners right to their optimal edge of learning. This is possible with the unique and powerful TaKeTiNa process which has been developed for over 40 years by master percussionist Reinhard Flatischler, and co-developed by his wife, Cornelia Flatishler. It is simply be the most effective group rhythm process available. But don't take our word for it, come experience it for yourself.
