Jul. 6 - Evening Class

Participants will be gently guided into the most powerful aspects of embodied music — rhythm, natural singing, and movement — in a process that harnesses the natural power of the human body. No previous rhythm or music experience is necessary.
 
What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement
• Optional: A water bottle
