This event will begin with a short explanation of what the TaKeTiNa process is, how it affects our brains and nervous systems, and how it can help us not only learn music and rhythm skills, but connect to who we really are on individual and social levels. After this short explanation, we will "journey" together into the powerful world of rhythm and sound. Please join us!
